Big shout out to @Katie Mchale who isnt an unfamiliar face to this group, and that's because Katie's progress lately has been INSANE!
She's hitting some incredible numbers with two compound lifts now being at 100kg or above. Deadlift 100kg hipthrust 140kg. She's now chasing a 100kg squat as well! Not only is katie increasing her strength but she decided to try something new and recently tackled couch to 5k. Not to mention alongside all this she has dropped a stone in weight over the last two months. Way to go katie!
