I was listening to a podcast on the drive into work this morning discussing the basics of calorie and macro tracking & thought I’d share some of the content. With Christmas season around the corner I wanted to help ensure you don’t blow out on our goals whilst still enjoying yourself, having fun and spending the festive season with family & friends. Christmas Day is 7 weeks today which gives us ample time to put into place great habits that will ensure we can achieve this.
